This is a home based position – a minimum of 25% overnight travel is required. Geographic preference is eastern or central (US) with close proximity to a major airport.
The Key Account Manager will develop, implement and support strategic sales plans to achieve established sales and profitability goals. The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to cultivate existing accounts as well as develop new business through a pro-active, determined approach to prospecting. This position has the responsibility to develop and execute sales strategy and programs within the sales team. This position requires the jobholder to maintain a high level of diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality. This position is exposed to confidential information related to strategic initiatives undertaken by the Company.
Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Compensation includes a performance based bonus plan payable at up to 20% of salary, a full benefits package that includes insurance coverage, 401(k) and career growth opportunities.
